Mangawhai Hills is a premium lifestyle development positioned within an elevated, scenic pocket of Mangawhai. The project required a refined, cohesive visual presence across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Work included detailed lot illustrations for the website, created to accurately reflect site contours and individual section layouts. Wayfinding signage was developed for use throughout the development to guide visitors clearly and consistently on-site. A large-format billboard was also designed for placement in central Auckland, promoting the project to a wider audience with a strong, high-end visual impact. The property brochure brought together brand storytelling, photography, and technical information in a clear, elevated format that aligns with the quality of the development.
